NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 reviews on February 19th
We have received the most up to date embargo information on the upcoming RTX 3060 graphics cards.

NVIDIA has multiple embargoes on RTX 3060 SKU, some of which have already expired. According to the information that we have received, NVIDIA currently plans to seed first review samples through its partners on February 19th.
It seems that NVIDIA has not yet provided the final dates to the contacts that we have. The RTX 3060 is still planned for end of February. NVIDIA might just be playing a safe card in case there are any delays in GA106 production. After all, this is the first time we will be seeing products based on this graphics processor.

What some of our readers may find interesting is that NVIDIA guidelines for an on-shelf date are that retailers must include products at MSRP in the ‘initial product assortment’. What this means is that AIC cards should technically be available at this price at the launch. There are no guidelines for what might happen to the pricing later, as NVIDIA has no legal way to enforce it on retailers.
Earlier rumors have suggested that NVIDIA might launch its RTX 3060 around February 22nd, however, since the review seeding will begin on the 19th, it seems reasonable to expect at least a week for reviews to be prepared. Therefore the RTX 3060 would indeed launch in the last week of February.
